Start was in 1987 by Mr. Yasser Abdel Kader (graduate of the Faculty of Law - Cairo University in 1985) and Mr. Gamal Ismael Essa (a graduate of the Faculty of Law - Cairo University in 1985) and began to commit acts of the legal profession to improve the office bearing in mind to deal with well known and major companies, banks and institutions

in 2003 Mr. Yasser Abdel Kader and Mr. Gamal Ismael Essa decided by to establish a branch of their office in Sharm el-Sheikh City, especially after they realize that the tourism has become a very important part in the development of the country's economy,
